Lamaze classes are very popular among expectant mothers. In the classes, you will learn all about labor and birth. These classes focus on the birth process, and not just about breathing. Couples should plan on attending the series as close to their due date as possible so that the information is not forgotten!
Class times are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please bring a packed lunch.
Cost: $175 (insurance often covers part of the cost!)
