Shivangi was first drawn to Family Medicine while completing the rotation in medical school. She saw the value of building long-term relationships with her patients. Shivangi learned that continuity of care is what sets Family Medicine apart from all other specialties. Additionally, she appreciates being able to treat patients of diverse backgrounds. Her specific interests include women’s health. She strives to be a doctor that her patients feel comfortable around. Outside of medicine, Shivangi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, which include her best friends Shivam and Kristen, as well as her bunny, Kaaju. She particularly enjoys watching crime/thriller movies and considers herself a Netflix Queen.
